In 2024, we partnered with Howard's Healthy Choices Learning Center, a local non-profit in Trenton, NJ. Howard's Healthy Choices' mission has always been to empower individuals and families in Trenton through comprehensive social services and innovative programs. At Pawns Pathways, we were amazed by the work of Howard's Healthy Choices. Their work has impacted us on a personal level ever since meeting them in 2023. Ever since then, we have wanted to put our best foot forward in helping non-profit organizations in order to further their amazing accomplishments, providing New Jersey's citizens a better chance at education.

Within Howard's Healthy Choices, Pawns Pathways has built a thriving environment for learning chess. Our thoroughly designed curriculum in combination with our experienced and passionate instructors create exciting lessons that blend chess with important life skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and sportsmanship.
